Our monthly ‘Lighthouse’ update newsletter aims to keep clients informed of all the latest developments in the areas of Employment Law and Health and Safety. By this means, clients will learn about proposed and impending changes in employment and health and safety law, and about tribunal and court decisions that have a significant impact on these areas. Where necessary, the newsletter will also provide guidance on how to minimise the risk of falling foul of the changes, or on what changes might be needed to company documents or practical procedures.
